The Challenge:

Leland needed a customized solution for community owners to submit their architectural review applications (ARB). They also needed to provide a way for community administrators to define their own requirements and forms, and designate points of contact for notifications and alerts.

Our Solution:

Smart Office and its partners developed a custom ARB portal that allows community administrators to create forms and review, approve, or reject applications. Integration with the Leland Database provides contact details and community information, with notifications that track progress throughout the review.
