Meetn Encryption

At Meetn, we prioritize your privacy and security above all else. We employ automatic 256-bit encryption to protect every aspect of your Meetn room – ensuring that your conversations and files are shielded from hackers and unauthorized access.

Our encryption protocol extends to all audio and video traffic through DTLS-SRTP. Unless you choose to record your meeting, your audio and video data is not stored permanently. Instead, it’s briefly held in memory only to be transmitted to participants. Jitsi, our platform’s foundation, integrates WebRTC, enhancing our commitment to robust security.

Meetn meetings are designed for privacy. Each meeting room is ephemeral – created when the first participant joins and destroyed when the last one leaves. Even if a new meeting uses the same room name, it’s entirely separate from any previous sessions. Your privacy and your confidentiality are always preserved.

Meetn User Privacy

The Meetn team is dedicated to ensuring that your meeting integrity remains uncompromised. Unlike other platforms, we will never:

• Interfere With Your Freedom of Speech: We believe in allowing you to express yourself freely without censorship or restrictions.
• Censor or Listen to Your Meetings: We respect your privacy and never eavesdrop on your conversations or impose any restrictions on what you can discuss.
• Slow Down, Shut Down, or Block Your Meetings: Your discussions are protected from interference regardless of the subject matter you choose to discuss.
• Share Your Content with Third Parties: Your meeting content remains private and secure, with no unauthorized access or distribution.
• Use Your Content to Train AI: We champion Web3 innovation. Meetn subscribers can choose to share their meeting links or recordings with AI productivity tools on their terms. Meetn will never sell or share subscriber meeting data, content, or recordings with AI platforms for modeling or marketing.
• Eavesdrop on Your Meetings: Support agents are always visible and cannot enter an Meetn room if there’s a passcode or waiting room active. Additionally

• Credit Card Data Handling: Your credit card information is sent directly from you to our trusted merchant services provider, Stripe.com. We never see or handle your credit card details, ensuring a secure transaction process.
• Password Protection: We use one-way encryption to store passwords, making them completely safe and inaccessible to unauthorized parties.
• Cookie Usage: Our cookies are used solely to maintain your login status. No personal data is stored in these cookies, protecting your privacy.
• Marketing Data: Any marketing data we collect, such as email addresses, is used exclusively for the purpose stated at the time of collection. We do not repurpose this information for any other uses.
