At this time, Smart Office offers professional greeting recording service. We do not offer remote agent services, but can interface with most major North American vendors.

Rest assured, you can track agent performance and quality a variety of ways, including queue reports, line reports, agent reports, stealth monitoring, and recording review.

How scalable are your services?
