Meet the Widgets: Using Presenter Notes for Scripts and Reminders

Want to help new distributors, coaches, or sales agents hit the ground running? Add Presenter Notes to your widget folders to give them a helping hand. Presenter Notes can only be seen by Admins, Hosts, and Presenters.


Widgets let you build custom banners, buttons, and pop ups in Meetn®. Use them to promote your products, services, or links, or to share media files and documents with one click. Meetn® widgets let organizations track Meetn® subscribers’ sales and referrals during online meetings.

Want to help new distributors, coaches, or sales agents hit the ground running? Add Presenter Notes to your widget folders to give them a helping hand. Presenter Notes can only be seen by Admins, Hosts, and Presenters.

Use Presenter Notes for scripts, disclaimers, or host instructions. They are a great way to remind reps to follow best practices or share critical information during their Meetn®.

In your Meetn® room, click the WIDGETS icon in the top right hand corner and select a folder. Then select the top link to ADD WIDGETS.

Select PRESENTER NOTES from the drop-down menu and then complete setup choosing from the available options:

  • Name your Presenter Note for easy reference during meetings
  • Add your note (up to 5000 characters). Longer notes will be scrollable.
  • Select a display position for your note:
    • Display at the top left, top center, or top right
    • Display at the bottom left, bottom center, or bottom right

Networking: Use the Presenter Notes widget to help you keep track of your presentation flow. You can set up your Notes like a script or just an outline of talking points to cover during a meeting. Or use Notes to remind you about quotes, dates, data points, or other information relevant to your topic.

Sales: Take some of the stress out of the sales process for your newest salespeople or agents with Notes! Use Presenter Notes to store snippets of information related to products or services, like disclaimers, allergen warnings, or ingredient lists. Or create a list of common scripted rebuttals, winbacks, and objection responses. Your salesperson will always know what to say, and Meetn® guests will never know that they had to rely on pre-scripted responses.

Coaching: Presenter Notes are a great tool to boost your Expert Quotient with new customers. You can use them to keep a store of quick facts from recent research or anecdotal experiences. You can use Notes to store scripture verses, biographical stories, or quotes from famous people in your field, as well. They’re a great way to keep conversations moving forward.

Education: Thought of a great metaphor, or a new way to explain a complicated concept? Whip up a Presenter Note so that you’ll always have it in your pocket when you revisit common lessons with your students. Bundle and share them with other teachers to give all of your colleagues multiple helpful perspectives on every lesson.
