LegalShield came to Smart Office when the per-minute costs of their premium conferencing vendor’s service became unmanageable. The conference calls had become popular with their field of distributors, but call costs were rising with the increase in attendance. LegalShield was looking for a solution that would provide a predictable, flat-rate cost without sacrificing the enterprise service and scalability they had previously enjoyed.

Team National was looking for a way for new distributors to easily promote their business with pre-packaged audio such as testimonials, business overviews, and success stories. They wanted an easily replicated business marketing telephone system that distributors could sign up for and manage or personalize themselves.
